National tourist board VisitEngland has launched Speak Up!, a free online guide designed to help tourism businesses market their accessibility to disabled travellers.

I am sitting back watching the UK and many European countries, California and even parts of NYC become accessible. Toronto where I live is not an accessible city and therefore sends a strong message to visitors; we have no interest in welcoming you to our city…. try the UK with your tourist dollars.
