Retailers, Restaurants and Hotels who conduct business in the  Province of Ontario are seemingly unconcerned about making their business, premises, websites accessible to aging and disabled populations. Amazing considering we are about to host the Para and Pan American Games in 2015.  Optimal sees this as an opportunity lost where 17-20% of the current disabled population cannot spend their money or get hired in these three sectors.
