Proposed Revised Customer Service Standard | Ministry of Economic Development, Employment and Innovation.

For employers in Ontario just figuring out what the CSS Phase of the AODA is about and what steps are required for compliance, this Blog represents a “heads up”.

The Committee in place to review the current CSS and propose updates and enhancements met in the Fall of 2013. The LINK above represent the proposed updates and changes being submitted by the Committee. These have been submitted for Public review and public feedback March and April of 2014.

If the CSS is not even on your company’s radar we suggest you ensure your company becomes compliant so these proposed changes don’t overwhelm your HR team further.
