For employers in Ontario just figuring out what the CSS Phase of the AODA is about and what steps are required for compliance here is a heads up. The Committee in place to review the current CSS and propose updates and enhancements met in the Fall of 2013. Following are the proposed updates and changes being proposed. If the CSS is not even on your company’s radar we suggest you ensure your company becomes compliant so these proposed changes don’t overwhelm your HR team further. Confused?
